"Taylor P. did an amazing job. I got a root touch up and tinsel put in my short hair. She was super nice, asked questions on what I wanted, and if something sounded/looked wrong, she asked for confirmation or gave alternatives that would work better! She was awesome and I’m definitely requesting her for my next appointment! Best experience since I started going there."

"I have been taking my daughters here for years because they love the atmosphere of a big Salon with no problems until last Saturday. My daughter went for highlights! The highlight was done poorly. Looked like her hair had grown out for a month. (I realize they are not perfect but over looked by teachers) When she was done she was not happy with results. We brought the problem to the checkout lady who said it looks great then my daughter explained it was not too scalp. After a long discussion (student & my daughter were in tears) with Lyndsey, Karen (owner) and marketing lady they said I could come back next Saturday to fix since they were closing. After many calls to the salon being told I had to pay $18 to fix. Karen owner was not accommodating at all to my daughters needs. Poor customer service & accountable. Karen Agreed to put me in on Saturday tentatively to squeeze me in. But I should call first! Services were NOT much cheaper. Spend your money elsewhere. Good luck students!!"

"I’ve been going to this school for hair services on and off for years. It’s gone downhill. The prices are higher and some of the students act like they are better than everyone else in the room. Today I was thankful to get a last minute appointment. I went for highlights and was decently happy with the result. I was not happy with the stylist repeatedly burning my scalp with her blow dryer and pulling my head down to the sink by my hair. While waiting for toner to process at the wash bowl, I had two students a couple of chairs down discussing church, bibles and how ridiculous non-binary people are. I don’t think any of it was appropriate discussion in front of a client. I paid over $100 to get treated ok and feel that my hair turned out just ok as well. I used to love the instructor who was there, but not feeling it now. She asked how I liked my hair and when she could tell I wasn’t too happy she said “well I think it looks great.” And walked away. Won’t be back."

"GREAT EXPERIENCE! I went and got a much needed pedicure by Sadie and it was the best pedicure ever! Sadie took her time and did not rush, did great on my nails and made my feet feel and look great! Highly recommend booking with Sadie! I was also super impressed with how nice, upscale and clean the salon was! 10/10 experience and will definitely be back for more services from Sadie."
