"I have a problem with change. The workers were all pleasant, kind and very very helpful. You had 3 registers open and the lines barely reached the main isle. If change wasn't a factor, it would be 5 stars."
"Terrible. Went to self checkout because there’s only 1 cashier working and the line is very long. I’m halfway thru scanning all my items and a worker comes up to us and says you can’t be here because you have more than 20 items. You saw us walk up and you didn’t say anything you just sat on your chair doing nothing. I said well what if we split the transactions on the other checkouts and the worker was rude and said no. Mind you there are no customers waiting behind us and there are many open self checkouts. Worker was very rude and unwilling to let us finish or split the rest of the items on another checkout. We left all our items there and walked out. Walmarts new policy is to miss out on a $200 transaction and lose multiple customers at the same time way to go. Either get more cashiers or let people checkout with more than 20 items. Especially when there’s no customers behind us. I guess Walmart wants people to only buy 20 items or less and buy nothing more, that’s okay with me if you want to lose out on money. Every other store allows as many items as you want at a self checkout."
"Always a stocking problem, I don't know if it's poor staffing or management. I do know that items I used to get have disappeared and never returned. I've requested them and nothing happens. Prices are like everywhere they go up and don't come back down. So not the saving place it used to be.The pharmacy does a good job. Whatever you do, don't try home delivery. The drivers who also collect your list are constantly leaving items off. I spent every delivery on the phone with customer service. Yes I was reimbursed, but each call irritated me more."
"I'd give you one star because of those nasty bathrooms but The only reason I'm giving you 3 stars is because of one employee and older black woman that was working at your service center where you give money orders, western Union and add cash to cards . I believe her name was Katrina. I forgot what that little station area is called. She was just as sweet as she wants to be . You need more employees like her."
"This store location is very nice but Walmart management must pay attention for the availability of items and do not sell any damaged items for food safety"
