"Due to the fact that that each stylist, manicurist holds their own book it is often very difficult to get them on the phone to make an appointment. I have been waiting four weeks for a call from Kathleen to have my hair cut. This has happened more than once. I am not fussy, leave with my hair partially wet and tip 30-35%. There should be much better management."
