"Worst service ever today. Dropped off a script (from the ER) shortly after they opened this morning. It's about 6 hours later and still no meds! Guess when I end up back in the ER due to the infection spreading they will understand that you were too busy to count out 30 antibiotic pills. After all whats the risk of a blood infection compared to your inability to staff your store properly?"
"The most incompetent pharmacy I have ever witnessed. They lost all record of my flu and Covid vaccine that I need for my employer. I have called them over 15 times in one day and no one has answered the phone. One time where the phone was answered. The person hung up. unprofessional and I’m not sure how a chain pharmacy can possibly lose electronic records. I called a different Rite Aid to see if they’ll be able to pull it up and they accused me of lying about getting the flu shot. Ended up having to go in person to find out they misspelled my name and used my first name as my last name"
