"I joined the VIP program a year ago so go the Bella Via monthly. I alternate between a 90 minute massage with Andrea and a chemical peel with Jenna. I have sciatic issues that only Andrea can relieve. I mean that sincerely! I tried physical therapy to no avail and ended up with a large bill. Money better spent on a massage. I'm in my 50s and taking care of my skin is a priority. Seeing Jenna every other month is helping me fight the aging process. My experience from the moment I check in to the moment I check out has always been a great experience."

"Do not book any massages with Brittany. I booked a LDM with her post lipo per my surgeon instructions. I am 3 months post op lipo and I have increased swelling. I had other massages post surgery buy my previous therapist at another location is our sick for another month, so I decided to book with them. Big mistake. Upon entering the massage room, she began asking me questions about the technique my previous therapist used and since I never asked I told her I didn’t know. She began to question me why I’m getting massages this late and I told her I was informed by my doctor to go back and have massages professionally . She began to use a condescending tone, so I said I don’t think this will work. She began to tell me that I was rude and didn’t give her a chance. I told her that her tone was uncalled for and I walked out the room . As I checked out , she was talking about me to other coworkers, as the receptionist heard (short dark hair lady- she was the best part of my experience). I hope the manager adddresses this because she was very rude, unprofessional. And needs to be educated on communication skills"

"My first experience with Bella Via was amazing. However, recently two of my deep tissue massages were canceled at the last minute. Today, my appointment was canceled 30 min prior to my appointment. I am very dissatisfied that I used my vacation time to accommodate the last scheduled appointment being canceled. I received an email from the office manager Janette that advise the massage therapist was out with Covid at my last appointment and that shstill wasn’t feeling well. However, if that was the case I’m sure they would have known this prior to my appointment. My appointments were a week and a day apart. Janette offered a $10 discount for my next appointment. However, I am appalled that per their own cancellation policy a $25 fee would be applied to clients who canceled without a 24 hour notice. I expressed this concern to Janette-asking do they suggest the clients time is not as valuable as their staff? Janette did not even acknowledge my valid question or concern. Janette had every opportunity to right their wrong-however she did not and did not offer to adjust the $10 credit. Very unprofessional."
