"Great customer service but poor quality product"
"I got home with my purchase & realized I was over charged. I called to tell them & was told the prices changed even though the prices are on the items. I’m sure that’s illegal, whatever the price is listed is the price I should pay & if they went up I should’ve been made aware of that before the purchase. I was told there are no refunds or return! BEWARE THESE PPL WILL STEAL YOUR MOMEY! I won’t be back! The foam wrap was 3.99 I was charged 4.99 the hair was 2(packs) were 4.99 & 1(pack) was 5.99. I was charged 5.99x3. While it’s only a $3 difference, ITS MY MONEY!"
"It’s a one stop shop for everything you need. The biggest issue is that there is a lot of coded language on their door signs, they also have an employee who’s job is to follow patrons around while shopping. The woman also stands behind you in line while checking out. I found that super strange, considering the location. If you are concerned that Black people are going to steal from you, why not place you store in a different city? Black women are the biggest consumers of beauty products & I feel as though we should not patronize places whose employees are racist towards us."
"Just came from shopping at the store on Glendale and Byrne. It was insulting to be followed around the store. It wasn’t like they were trying to give help to find things but to make sure that you did not put anything in your purse or something like that. I am insulted that we have to buy hair supplies from a place that doesn’t respect you. If you have to watch people like a hawk, maybe you are in the wrong business. I don’t frequent often. The store was in my shopping path. It will be a long time before I come back."
