"I don’t know what is going on at the pharmacy but they have messed up one of my prescriptions and I have been trying for 3 weeks to get another filled. They are never available at the phone number they list, and even though they state we will get back to you in 2 days, this does not happen. And yet somehow I get spammed with coupon codes. This place needs to get it together."

"I rather give no stars!! Over charged at the self checkout and Horrible customer service!!! I made a purchase about a month ago, after reviewing the receipt I discovered their register over charged me $10+ dollars plus it did not apply extra bucks properly. When visiting this location about the issue I was told by DAVE BRITTON I was wrong and should have said something to a rep on the day it happened and was offered $4 extra bucks for the inconvenience and told to call corporate and that his hands were tied! I will never visit this location again! Buyers please be aware and check your receipts these registers are overcharging!!"

I WENT TO USE AN OTC CARD AND RACHEL DIDNT KNOW HOW TO CHECKOUT ITEMS RACHEL THEN TOOK MY CARD TO THE BACK...THEN CAME OUT DAVE BRITTON STORE NUMBER #3334 MIDDLEBURG HGTS, OHIO LOCATION TO BE EXACT SAID WE CANT ACCEPT THIS CARD AND THEN TOOK MY BASKET AND PUT IT BEHIND THE COUNTER...THEN I SAID I STILL WANT TO PURCHASE MY ITEMS THEN HE SAID OH I THOUGHT YOU WANTED TO USE THE OTC...THEN I SAID I HAVE ANOTHER FORM OF PAYMENT THEN I WENT TO SELF CHECKOUT NOW AT THIS POINT DAVE BRITTON STANDS OVER ME AND WATCHES ME CHECKOUT AND THEN TAKES MY BAG THAT IM ABOUT TO PLACE MY ITEMS IN..I SAID WHAT ARE DOING AND WHY ARE YOU TREATING ME LIKE THIS...HE LAUGHED I NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDLY BEFORE HE DIDNT EVEN EXPLAIN WHY HE WASNT ACCEPTING THE CARD. I SAT IN MY CAR TO WRITE AN REVIEW AND THEY MUST HAVE THOUGHT I WAS AN THREAT AND CALLED THE POLICE."
