"I travelled a distance during rush hour to get there. They ran out of the special colored, designed paper I was printing my Xmas cards on. I went to pick up a roll ... or 5 pack... of tape for my tape dispenser. I brought the inner spool with me. No picture on the package or on there huge displsy showing type of tape or the dispenser. The assistant said it should be the same. Thank heaven that was..."
"Understaffed and overpriced! Went in to purchase a new printer. There was nobody there to help me with questions I had. Had to go up to the front desk to ask for help and the poor lady looked lost when I asked. She did attempt to call for assistance for me but nobody answered her call. It’s not because they were busy because the store was quite empty at the time. Ended up leaving frustrated. I remember when the staff would walk over to you to ask if you needed help….not anymore! If you can’t afford to properly staff your store to assist customers, why even be open at all??? I had cash in hand to make a purchase but could not get any help. No wonder everyone is turning to Amazon for everything!"
