"Came and got my photos that I ordered last night and I was rushed off by the photo department telling me to pay at the register. The two gentleman didn’t even ask me how I’m doing, if I needed anything else because they were talking about some girl and not working. Then, I get to the register to check out because I had to pay for my things and get cash back. The red haired cashier was all in my phone, looking at my account balance, asking me so questions making me very uncomfortable and uneasy. I honestly wanted to throw my stuff away and never come back to this place because of the overwhelming amount of uncomfortably I experienced in your store today and I was only in there for 10 minutes. He kept asking me simple questions about my card, my amount, and the things I bought. Making it seem like I didn’t know what I was doing or basic life skills, he said “it’s not letting me do anything, it says tender not accepted. It says pin isn’t accepted” I KNOW THAT! Very annoyed at my experience. Hold a team meeting about respecting customers and their privacy. I have autism and how he was going about things made me very annoyed."

"So I went In at one for a flu shot a walk in and the go on lunch at 1:30 and they told me they go on lunch and don’t have time …. I work in the medical field if my boss would of seen me turn a patient away like that just over a couple mins for lunch she would of killed me! Really unprofessional never will be going there again !"

"This place is a rip off they post prices but you have to be a member to get those prices but they don’t tell you that until after you’ve left the store and then when you try to go back and return something to give you all the hassle in the world no wonder their parking lot is empty and I’m surprised they stay in business. Plus they sell Cigarettes, which is an oxymoron being a drug store"

"The pharmacy used to be decent but now they are closed on Saturdays they close at 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, and they are closed on random days when they can't have a pharmacist there. The services really gone downhill. The Berea Walgreens pharmacy is much better. Thinking of switching all of my prescriptions to the Berea location. Middleburg heights is really managed poorly. Here is a photo from today. 6 cars at the pharmacy drive-thru and 10 people inline ( some behind me)."
