"Robin was very rude to me and another customer. She told the other customer that she needed to contact customer service for a return. Even though the customer had an email from customer service stating she can return her online purchase at the store. She asked the customer "did they tell you how I should process the return"? Really isn't it your job to know how to handle returns? The other worker quoted me wrong on fabric and when I questioned it Robin started to raise her voice at me and when I tried to explain what happened, she told me to stop yelling at her and giving her attitude. I wasn't yelling at all, I didn't give her an attitude until she got loud witg me. Clearly she was having a bad day or something but she shouldn't have taken it out on her customers. If you don't like your job quit"

"Looking for wire wrapping supplies. A nice selection and the prices are fair enough. They did not have longer spools of wire and I had to go to another location. Got spoofed on the coupons- said 25% of entire purchase over $50 but items that were on sale were not applicable so even though total was about 145 pre coupon it only came down to 125 or so."
