"When I walked up to the counter to order, I was barely greeted. My pretzel bites were already sitting in a cup under the heat and I got cold cheese. The pretzels have been sitting there for I don't know how long and we're cool and kind of burnt. This is a disappointment. I usually love love love their pretzel bites. But I will not be going to the Franklin Park Auntie Anne's anymore."
"These pretzels are AWESOME!! My son got the pepperoni nuggets, I got the original, and my daughter got the cinnamon and sugar nuggets. Her's had about a full cup of the cinnamon sugar around the nuggets, which I thought was too much, but my daughter loved. The pepperoni nuggets were a little greasy, but my son liked them."
