"Love the place, but it sucks when products do t work. Although great return just don't likethey won't just swap the broken for the new. And didn't like get a different version of product then what box showed means whoever did the tmrrturn didn't check it out."
"It was a huge store, but they didn't have what I needed. The staff ran me all over the store looking for the wrong item. He misunderstood what I was wanting which was , A TRAIN for a child to set up around the base of the Christmas tree. So, we ended up in decorations!!!! I couldn't believe it! Wow!!! Later, discovering they were sold out!"
"Absolutely, do not bring your car here for service of any kind! I had an apt. First thing in the morning; an hour and a half later, they still haven't even started working on it. I asked the manager what the deal was. He said, "its gonna take time." I told him how long I'd been waiting. He went to start working on it and immediately got side tracked by something else. I had to go show them how a wheel key works. The level of incompetence that the auto care center employees have here is shocking! I will never come back here."
"The only reason I'm giving this store 4 stars is because the front end manager ( I believe her name is Tondrika and I apologize if I spelled it wrong) was so great in handling all the insanity that goes on at that place. Ms. T was so stoic and calm that it permeated to her cashiers and they were good. Y'all are wasting her talents."
"The store is usually well stocked and they try to keep things organized. The registers are usually very busy so you'd want to self checkout. The restrooms are hard to find and completely out of place. For a huge supercenter that carries such a huge variety of items, at least the restrooms should be properly located."
