"I used to LOVE shopping here but after my last visit, I will NEVER come here ever again! I used to get my dog, cat and horse food supplies at this location but since my last visit was HORRIBLE, I go to the one in Lambertville. The staff was NOT friendly, I needed help finding something and the only employee I saw was leaning on the vaccine cooler, on his phone. I tried to get his attention but he walked into the back. The store was VERY dirty and you could clearly tell they have a rodent problem. The shelves were not stocked very well and looked as if someone just threw it in the spot. Throughout the store, I noticed a LOT of empty containers that had CLEARLY been opened and the product taken out of it. When I got to the register, the cashier was VERY rude and even allowed another customer to cut in front of me and did not do a very good job of controlling the flow of traffic (I was at register 2 and another customer walked by me and slammed me into the counter even tho he could have gone AROUND (near the clothing) to get to the middle area)"
