"I drove from WV and called 2 hours before and spoke to a nice guy and I told him how far I had to travel to get close to my job and he gave me a good deal. Without paying a 100.00 deposit and it would be late when I get there. When I showed up the lady was very rude to me and did not let me get my room when I had it booked in the computer. I would not stay there at all they go back on there word"
"Worst hotel experience ever. I regularly travel for work. My employer was supposed to book the room for a month, but made a clerical mistake. Before I even got the chance to call and correct it, David called the police within 10 seconds, after I told him I’d have no problem temporarily checking out. Just took my money to the Quality Inn on the same street."
"Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The whole outside of the building looks like it’s falling apart. Our room was dirty. There were stains on the mattress and box spring. Didn’t look like the floor had been swept, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, the place was just filthy. Whole room reeked of chemical cleaning product very strongly. Even the phone in the room had layer of grime on it. Light in the bathroom flickered on and off and the tub was dirty! AC vents had not been cleaned and had a thick layer of dust on them. Not suitable for anyone with a dust allergy. The air also made a loud grinding noise when you turn it on. I would pay the extra $10-$20 a night to stay somewhere else."
"We have no complaints about our stay at this Red Roof Inn. Everything was clean and was very adequate for our needs. David was very helpful answering our questions and assuring us about our concerns. AL Smith's Place, around the corner, turned out to be an excellent recommendation for a place to eat. Thank you David"
