"I wouldn’t come here again. I went to get my nails removed and the lady doing them seemed really distracted and must have wandered off and turned around to talk 20 times. The removal was painful as well, wouldn’t recommend to anyone."

"I’m never one to get on here and write a negative review. Normally if I don’t like the service I just say maybe they were having a bad day. After careful consideration and many attempts of trying to reach out I decided to it. First I went there to get my nails done. It took them 3 1/2 hours just to do my gel nails. With 2 different nail techs and moved me to a third. I went back after not being satisfied. A month goes bye and I went back to get my nails removed. The lady that works in the desk area completely destroyed my nails as you can see in the pictures below. I’m so upset I don’t know what to do. Like how do you destroy someone’s nails this bad?"
"Just like many nail salons, there are some techs that are better than others and that can do things that others cannot. Especially at larger Salons like this one. There is almost never a wait, they get you in quickly. I always go in as walk in with no problem but I go in slower days like Monday. I’m consistent in the length and shape of my nails and not big on designs but usually go for French tip and ombré nails. The ones pictured are beautiful nails done by Zach! He does an amazing job! Brian also does a great job on these type of nails if that’s your thing."
