"Went to get my lashes done here by Jennifer for the first time 2 days ago and ended up in the ER yesterday. 20 mins into me getting lashes my left eye was burning. I told her multiple times, she didn’t try to help, never said sorry. I called her twice and told her and she still wouldn’t listen to me when i said she definitely got somthing in my eye, because the other eye was completely fine and i’ve gotten lashes before. Had to get a tetanus shot and eye drops, the doctor said it was an abrasion on my eyeball, it’s been pretty sore and red. I tried to be nice about it the first few times i explained to her what was going on but she still refused to take accountability/say sorry, i had to ask for a refund after spending time in the ER on my bday. She wasn’t very friendly when i went for the appointment either. I don’t like to make people feel bad for accidents but she never once took accountability for it all she did was offer to remove them, which i payed a lot of money to get them in the first place, and i couldn’t remove them anyways because i can’t be messing with my eye and it still hurts. It was pretty painful and unsafe and i wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else…"
