I also paid extra for a beard trim but they cut it two different lengths one side was a lot shorter I reach out customer service who said they would have the owner contact me still has not. This is first time had a bad experience or ever complained in 15 years of going there so I am leaving a review to warn other people of my experience also I am going to the better business bureau to file a complaint"
