"Terrible experience! Totally fried my hair and discolored it after spending 4hours at the salon. My previously healthy hair is fried and I’ve had to cut 5 to 6 inches off of it and months later I am still in the process of trying to get it healthy again. While the salon offered to deep condition, it for free and attempt to fix the color, the conditioning really did nothing & the color looks better, but it’s still awful."

"The most remarkable thing about this salon and the professionals are that “they really care”. They suggest what’s best for you. I’m so happy that I finally went for the Chi Enviro Smoothing instead of the Relaxer service. Hayley is an awesome stylist. Thankful to both Hayley and Kristi ..... loving my hair after years.
