"The pharmacy staff are rude and crude. If they don't want to do transfers of your medicine from Walgreens to this location without a very nast attitude with you, then they shouldn't be a pharmacy tech! QUIT find another job! CVS mngmt shouldn't allow your customers to be verbally abused. I don't want to shop CVS in the first place. But must because of my private insurance chose CVS. But this puts the icing on the cake! My experience was 9:50am on 1/15/24."

"I’m not at all complaining about the staff. They can only do so much. However, CVS is horrible! People need their medication. There can be serious consequences to missing just one dose. I’m aware that the whole world is “understaffed”. That is not an excuse. I run a nursing department & we offer bonuses & higher pay…whatever it takes to get our floor staffed. CVS schedules very little staff & allows those poor few loyal employees to take the brunt of all the angry & sick people waiting days to pick up their medication. They used to be the best pharmacy around…and now they are the absolute worst! My mom is undergoing chemo and contracted the flu on top of it. She went in there to pick up her prescription this morning for tamiflu…because they don’t schedule enough people to open the drive thru anymore. She was absolutely miserable and they turned her away. We had to call several times and I’m finally able to pick it up for her 6 hours later. They told her how they are days behind and so short staffed. The staff are not at fault. It’s the people raking in all the money they’re saving by understaffing. We’ve had so many similar instances over the past 2 years. Our family will be switching to a different pharmacy."

"The staff are overwhelmed with no help. I feel sorry for them . I have seen they have been closed for several days in the last month . I blame this on the corporate, not the staff it is not going down hill fast. I think they need to hire more staff and pay better!!"

"They get prescriptions in from Dr. and won't even start them until you go there. Then once you go in they tell you an hour or so. Need a script (only 2 pills) for my 2yr old that was sent about 11am, wife goes in there at 630pm and they tell her 3hr if they get to it. ......had alot of staff on duty"

"Took about 3 days to get my daughters allergy medication filled. When calling to see if it was ready, the girl who answered the phone decided she would inform me of how they were short staffed and “they were doing the best they could with the staff they had available”."
