"1st time customer. I went in looking for a part for my filter. The gentleman behind the counter couldn’t find one on the shelf so he went to the building out back and found one. I will definitely be back to buy chemicals and other pool supplies. He was very polite and had great customer service."
"Came to close our pool early, since they were in the area. I get home from work to find this pipe sawed in half at my filter with the filter still open. Says they need cut it to blow air out. I explained that this wasn’t done last year to blow the air out and he could’ve simply removed the hose clamps and pulled it out. He started laughing at me and said “well I guess I won’t cut it again next time. Unbelievably unprofessional and unapologetic. All they do is speak down to you, even when you prove them wrong."
"Rude, short and very snippy is an understatement!! I don’t know if it’s a race issue or if this man is just unprofessional with everyone coming to ask questions and spend money!?!? I’ve spoken to him on the phone, noticed a hint of shortness but gave it another try.. made an appointment out of desperation as a first time pool owner but then found another company that could come open pool sooner, but still having questions and needing advice. All I wanted to do was keep date and change service I first requested at Mayfair The same gentleman acted as if my business was no good. Telling me one service would double in price since I was changing original service request. Feeling like he doesn’t like people and especially black people."
