"The employees are always so friendly and answer all of my questions. They don’t always give accurate advice, so I typically check online before taking their advice. One time an employee told me I needed to use developer in my dye. When the box said ready to use, so I looked it up and it didn’t need developer. Haha. I love the Wella bleach powder and Salon Care developer to bleach my hair. I’ve tried Matrix, Ion, and Arctic Fox semi permanent hair color. Arctic Fox is my favorite. I’ve been able to dye my hair several beautiful colors with the dyes from Sally! I also got the Sauce hair mask that an employee recommended and it makes my hair soft and silky. Even after multiple times of bleaching. I just dyed my son’s hair for the first time with colors I haven’t tried yet and it turned out so cool!"
"I love this store I place alot of online orders and placed one today and there was issues processing them and I was upset and expecting my order today and called this store and the manager Kaitlyn went above and beyond I talked with multiple different people in customer service and she was the only one able to help me she brought me my order herself and was super kind and helpful amazing service!"
"I went in 10-29 they had nothing I needed. No rubberbands, no hair clips, no perm rods in any size but large, out of the two hair colors I came for and my 3 favorite ion products are all sold out. And there is three young girls at register. I don't understand why if there is nothing in stock. Third time I tried this store and Everytime has been a disappointment. I just don't know what to say .. smh besides I will not be coming back here"
