"Brought my daughter here the day after Christmas for a cut. It ended up being so botched and uneven. Had to let it grown out for a few months before getting it fixed today at a real salon. Stylist didn't section the hair or anything. Tried to cut her super thick hair straight across and kept bumping the top of the chair and left my daughters hair so choppy it was terrible. After getting her hair fixed today and watching our new stylist I realized what a rushed and terrible job super cuts did."

"I went it for my brown hair to be first silver with purple. It had a reddish tint from a box dye job a while back. They stripped it, bleached it then died it purple. Could not do silver this time because that would have needed another bleaching and it would have killed my hair. I loved her knowledge and her kindness. They fit me in right away."
