"I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and this was honestly the worst experience I've had. Complete waste of money! First, Tony did not soak off my gel, it drilled it off, which is bad practice and can damage nails. Then, while using the dirty tool that came out the drawer, he cut my finger skin while trimming them. Perhaps it was because he was busy berating for wanting them short. Then, when I declined wanting cuticles cut by another dirty tool, he asked "are you scared?" My experience concluded with a rushed polish that was too thick to properly dry resulting in horrible smudging (see pic)."
"Vanna did a great job on a set of Gel-X nails! She really took her time & was gentle on my weaker nails!! Sad to hear Tammy, Brian & Tracy are no longer there tho. They will be missed."
