"Clean facility and great experience! One of the best pedicures I have had. The techs took their time and made us feel like they wanted us there, not just rushing to get to the next person, as I have felt at some other salons. They can accommodate groups without having to few weeks’ notice (I called the day before and reserved a spot for 4). There were about 8 people being helped at the same time we were there. I will definitely be using this as my go-to moving forward."

"Got a pedicure yesterday, cost me 88$ after tip. Today 2 of my toes already have chips out of them. I wore flip flops all day yesterday so I know I didn’t scuff them on anything. I’m really disappointed, I’ve had pedicures for 1/2 the price that actually lasted!!"

"I decided to get the gel polish on my nails this time and I just love it. It stays on a lot longer. When they do the gel. They put it under this light for a couple of seconds and then you can just leave. You don't have to worry about your nails getting smudged. So that's what I always get every time I go there. It costs a little more but to me it is worth it. And the workers there are very nice. Also. I always give them a tip."

"My first visit was on 6/22/23, I received a flex-gel set. By the end of the day on 6/30/23, 2 of the nails had popped off and 3 others had began to lift off of my nail beds. I just wanted the nails fixed because it looked horrible and I was embarrassed with them. I was originally told that they should last 3-4 weeks. I called the next morning on 7/1/23 to get the nails fixed. I was told that the soonest I could be scheduled was 7/3/23. By the time of my appointment, surprise! Another nail had popped off. This time, a portion of my actual nail came with it. At this point I just wanted the flex set removed and get polish on my nails, since they were partially destroyed from some of the flex-gel popping off without proper removal. At the time of my appointment, I asked the lady to take the flex-gel off as I was overly disappointed with them and to just paint my nails with some polish to hopefully hide some of the damage on my nails. Not only was I charged for the polish (which I feel should have been complimentary after my experience) but I also noticed upon leaving that one of my hands was missing the shiny topcoat. When I walked back in, the lady at the front desk was pretty rude. She said that nobody would be able to add a topcoat to my other hand and to wait for a call from the manager by 7/5/23. This is an amazing place to go if you're looking for janky and half-a$$@d nail services. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and let them try to rectify the situation before I left a review but since I felt they were not trying to fix the situation I would warn others."

"Tiffany was so great! When I had made the appt I did not say I wanted details (it didn’t cross my mind when I made the call & it was a last minute decision) but she made the time to do it for me when she didn’t have to. I’m really appreciative of the awesome service and great attitude from all the workers there! As someone with anxiety, the vibe from everyone there made me comfortable which is always important to me."
