Rushed thru the appointment with no help or recommendations at all, talked over me a lot and could not explain myself, terrible bed side manner. Think it’s time for him to retire… Do not schedule with him."

"Following up my ruptured eardrum and needed to have a checked. I arrived 15 minutes late because I thought my appointment was 15 minutes later. They absolutely would not take me in or see me and I drove 30 mi on a freeway to get there in traffic that had orange barrels all the way there. They refused to see me. There are no other appointments available because I needed the appointment that day. I'm sure they could have squeezed me in. I was very upset. I won't go back"

"Dr. Brown spent more time complaining to me that I was “stuck with him” than actually helping me with my sinus issues. He asked me who referred me and I said it was a self referral and his response was “oh well looks like you’re stuck with me” and he kept saying it. Seems his ego was hurt that I would book him based on availability rather than reviews/accolades. He looked up my nose for one second, said my septum is crooked on the right side and I need surgery. He repeatedly said “I don’t push surgery, its up to you” but then recommended absolutely nothing helpful for my situation other than surgery. I would expect a doctor who specializes in the ear nose and throat to take the time and discuss with me what I have done to remedy my sinus and allergy issues. Then we can come up with a treatment plan together before just concluding surgery is the option to pursue. I even asked multiple times what I could do other than surgery and he would not give a helpful answer. He just kept saying “you need surgery, but I’m not pushing surgery” Seems like he is sensitive about people thinking he pushes surgery…. Wonder why. He gave me a prescription for some allergy medication and said to get allergy tests. Oh but he did enjoy discussing how long I’ve been dating my girlfriend….. This man should retire and go waste someone else’s time rather than paying patients. The pic is a Dr. Brown original sketch if my septum before and after surgery. Worth the copay? You decide."

"Dr. Brown is amazing!!!!!!! I had to reach out to him on a Saturday and he responded immediately and followed through with the pharmacy as soon as we hung up. I have had to return several times within the last two weeks to resolve my issue and each time his kindness and concern amaze me. His attention to detail and personal manner makes you feel like you are one of his family. Could not recommend him more!"
