"Occured around 4:15 pm on 6/18. They put the wrong cigarettes in my bag, and when I went back to exchange for the correct ones (same brand, same price, different style) the female employee that wasn't wearing a name tag said that they couldn't exchange or refund them since they left the building. When I asked when this policy was put into place, the male employee that also wasn't wearing a name tag, chimes in with "my manager said we can't exchange them!" So I said "and I understand that but WHEN was that policy put into place? Because when I worked for speedway, we did it all the time." He looked at his wrist as if looking at a pretend watch and very rudely said "uuuuuuuuh since January of this year." I said ok thank you, that's all I wanted to know. I am done with this particular speedway. This has not been my first issue with this store, but it will be the last. The employees don't listen, don't care about customers, are constantly on their phones, and just plain rude. Don't know who the supervisor is because they're nowhere to be found, and the store is always a disaster."

"Are there ever any managers on duty , any other job you'd be fired as much as these people are on their phones , those people in the cafe really need to get it together . I was told by the short dark hair girl to hang on!! She was texting on her phone , I seen her tag Cafe asst.Manager . You'd be fired at any other job . for texting , restrooms filty, mold growing around the knobs of the sinks , to many people standing around . coffee was good fresh , breakfast sandwiches were good once you got her off her phone . overall , I will choose another speedway"

"Food was well made.... just the lack of team work is flawed.... 1 person being slammed with orders so wait time is outrageous for 1 person to keep up with. 1 person running the register and 2 people behind the counter texting on their phones.... like give this women a hand making people's food..... women deserves a raise because she made it high quality for speedway cafe and still was nice being overwhelmed....!!!!"

"One of the better Speedways always clean with fresh coffee and food. Is busy at times but get quick service in the store. Are kind and helpful an go above and beyond to try to meet your needs. Lots of snacks and food items some a little pricey but if you just need gas an couple of things its the best. Has some fast food for a quick bite to eat. And really good deals as well just look for them its worth the stop."
