"Great when you purchase something, but if you ask any questions after the purchase they don't have time for you. Twice we've reached out with different questions and we were met with indifference. Our dog chewed up one of the cushions and they will not look up to see if the couch we bought was discontinued. Now we need a new couch and we will not be going back since the customer service is only up until you purchase something."

I can't say enough good things about their delivery service. The delivery men that came were fantastic. I was worried about getting our new loveseat upstairs, and they immediately put my mind at ease. They took extra care to pad the walls, and had the loveseat up the stairs an in place in no time flat.
