"The lady that works there she wouldn’t give me her name. So I could call corporate. Very rude and disrespectful. And seemed like she didn’t want to do her job. I walked in there with my parents because they need a washer and dryer. And she just had a very bad attitude towards them. We went in on Sunday afternoon and Saturday. We left Saturday because she was rude. And she was again today."
"Purchased a large fridge from Aaron's in Defiance, but they only sent one person to deliver. The delivery guy argued that he was told the fridge was going in our garage, but that is not the instructions we had given. Why would a nice $3,000.00 fridge go into the garage, rather than the house anyway? It just didn't make any sense. And even still, it obviously needed more than one person to safely move it. The one delivery guy said he couldn't get it inside because of COVID-19, which was understandable, but we had given instructions to Aaron's that if it was at least dropped off on to the porch, we would have friends help us get it into the house later. He said he wasn't told about our porch stairs and couldn't get it up there by himself because again, they sent one person for a large appliance. It sat in front of our porch stairs all day. I called the store, spoke to a woman who promised to get back with me, and never called me back. We figured it out on our own, no thanks to Aaron's poor scheduling and customer service! We paid it off, and I'm glad we will never have to endure that experience from your company again. For your future customers' sake, please re-evaluate your procedures."
"When our order came in she had it all messed up messed it all up. We also thought we had a protection insurance but she didnt add this either. Totally never goin here after product is paid for"
"Nice people. Clerk didn't know enough about their merchandise and had to get the manager. But we bought our living room suit there and paid it off early. I'd go back to Aaron's in Defiance Ohio."
