"I ordered the fish. I was told to pull up to the next window. I waited there for a long time. I saw another customer get out of his car with a very small baby and go in to complain about the wait time. He told them I had been waiting too. Then an employee came out to ask what I ordered. By this time I had been waiting for 18 minutes. I was checking the time of the order again when someone brought out my food. I asked if it was hot, he said it was, but it wasn't as hot as it could have been. Overall it was 20 minutes to get the food. I've had issues with that store before at that time of the day, but they had seemed to be better lately. I guess I learned a lesson, never go again in the evening."

"Everytime I come here they get the order wrong. No bacon on a bacon quarter pounder… how easy is that to get right?"

"Food was just thrown together. The tables are nasty and not wiped down. The drink machine was dirty and nothing but carbonation, the pop nozzles are dirty, there are floaties from the nozzles in the drinks. I dumped my drink out several times in order to find something that didn't leave floaties in my drink"

"I order my food at 7:02 p.m. per my receipt the bag has a receipt with the drive-thru forward 1418 on the tag for 7:09 I waited until 7:05 to go inside and said I have been waiting for over 20 minutes the response I got was well we have a bunch of orders so it's hard to get them all out. My kids are the only one that eat it and I'll never take them again"

"Well ordered sausage and egg McMuffin the bottom bun was hard as a rock. Called they said it was made fresh so either there oven was off on temp or it was left in oven too long. You would think they'd be appreciative of the phone call so that way they didn't serve more to other customers and have more complaints but instead I got attitude from the manager."
