"If the cashier that is named Kyrstn who has blue hair is still at this store do not shop here. She makes every single experience horrible. Every time I go in to the store I get mean looks and nasty comments from her. I have never once been rude to her and this issue continues."

"Pet Supplies Plus as a whole is wonderful and I always get what I need. However, Defiance Pet Supplies Plus employees are not. Just 2 in particular. Any time I bring my dog in (or don't, just depending on the supplies I get) I receive UNSOLICITED advice on how to properly train my dog who is under a year old. Believe me, we are working on the training, but I was by myself and didn't want to leave my dog in a crate, so let me just do what I need to do in training him and get the products I came in to receive. If I wanted assistance or had questions on training him, I would ask. Also, another employee makes comments on the products I am buying, the price of the item, and what they would give their dog instead (aren't cashiers supposed to not comment on the items you're buying??) Again, I didn't ask. Please let me shop in peace. If I want you to help me or to even pet my dog, I would ask or offer."
