"It is always nice..we almost had a bad moment with a return , but i stayed politely persistent, and then we got it worked out ,tho it confused everyone!! I had purchased some 2 5" angled paint brushes , I bought two kinds and i ended up liking only one style so I wanted to exchange them for the ones I liked..well, somehow the numbers didn't match and they said this was not my receipt..I knew it WAS because it was my only purchase since that purchase, I showed the fella how if u divided the dollars spent into the amount of brushes purchased it came to the price of the brushes, he was getting a little firm with me about it not being the correct receipt. Ultimately the manager above him listened to my story and I feel believed me and then approved an exchange and we were all happy, but confused as to why the numbers were different but i was believed finally and I really appreciated it and it was all handled respectfully"
