"I am not a fast food fan, but I started getting my kids something quick for soccer game days. The staff (minus one) are all friendly, super sweet, and personable. They seem to be well staffed here. There are always people working in different areas. The other one in town always forgets things, but the l this one never does. The fries are always hot too. I'll go out of my way to go to this McDonald's."
"Friendly courteous service. I never have an issue when I go through the East side McDonald's. Even if I have to wait on an item. The morning staff is so friendly."
"Very disappointed Apparently, this is extra caramel drizzle. I paid almost a dollar extra for this. And then when I tell her I ordered extra drizzle. She told me that was Extra I told her no bc normal they put it in the sides and she said no they don't this looks normal to me"
"Had to wait 15 minutes for a quarter pounder. When it came out it was dry and looked like someone put it together with their eyes closed. I went in and asked for a refund. The lady said a few cuss words and yelled at the guys in back. She then handed me a bag with another quarter pounder. I said I just want a refund, she rudely said I wish you would have said that from the beginning. I will do all I can to avoid this place."
"This is what large fries look like. I thought they were supposed to be way fuller. Maybe I had high expectations. Or maybe there is a potato shortage in Defiance. Trying to figure this out, not sure how you mess this up. Oh well, not the first time it’s happened at the 2nd street location"
