"Had the privilege of meeting Andrew when here with my wife on a date and what an experience he provided! The coffee was second to none (and they literally have the awards to prove it!). Pioneer truly knows what they're doing and their passion is evident in service and product. "I'm a long time fan of the Dalton, OH location. Finally had time to try the Massillon location - It's a really fun atmosphere; classy yet relaxing. The decor is gorgeous. Service is very friendly and welcoming. Mocha coffee is my favorite but the Syphon is a really really cool experience if you enjoy black coffee - highly recommend, great for two people."
"An experience that’s worth every penny! Especially if you have a pallet that enjoys unique note of flavor in your coffee. Free samples so you know what you are paying for is definitely a plus. We wish we found your establishment sooner but glad we now know you exist and will do all we can to spread the word and help with your success. During my visit, I tried 4 different blends and thoroughly enjoyed ever sip from start to finish. Seating is more comfortable than you’d expect and adds to the overall experience. Their cupcakes are made with care locally with their own coffee and are marvelous! The decor is elegant, cozy, and will make you feel at home. Our Barista was very pleasant to talk to and extremely knowledgeable on anything he was serving. Don’t sleep on stopping by: make the turn and stop in to have a better experience than your everyday Starbucks/Dunkin. Follow me for more reviews of unique and fun places in Ohio and beyond.."
"Super cool retro elegant coffee shop that serves quality coffee and beautiful lattes! The interior decor is so clean and retro and done very tastefully right which is very hard to do without looking tacky or gaudy. The calming piano music is perfect for this environment to relax, work or study. The service is very friendly and was happy to answer any questions we had. They are going to do events quarterly and will look forward to checking it out. There are plenty of outlets and they have free Wi-Fi. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area and I highly recommend checking this coffee gem out if you’re looking for fancy coffee with a very elegant retro vibe!"
