"I placed an order for 12 bags of coffee during their sale and received a notification my order was ready - when I got there they handed me two bags and I asked “are all 12 bags of coffee there?” Upon checking - 3 were missing - the employee texted and called for 30 minutes trying to find a manager - she finally took my info and said they would ship the 3 missing bags to me-today I received a call from the “manager” who said I can come pick up my coffee - I asked if it could be delivered since I sat there for 30 minutes already waiting for my missing coffee yesterday - she said no then I asked for something for all the i convenience - “I cant give away anything.- I could give you a free drink on your rewards card” all I really wanted was my missing coffee shipped to me like I was promised - so from now on I will just go to Boston Stoker."

"What a great place this is! I ordered the Buckeye Frappe and it qas extremely delicious. Not too sweet and great chocolate / PB ratio. I also bought a small box of chocolates for my ride home and i'm eating them now. Yum! If I lived in the area, I would visit often!"
