"In town visiting and went here for cappuccino and lite breakfast. Wow! Nice place + great coffee. Stone Temple Pilots on the music system (not too loud yay) really set a nice vibe. Scone & avocado toast was great. Recommended!"

"Absolutely love the Ernst Cafe; definitely my new go-to coffee spot in Troy. The staff are so friendly and efficient, and the cafe has plenty of comfortable seating. It was a sunny day and with huge windows, it was so lovely and bright inside. (They have outdoor patio seating, too!) I got the Lavender Lady and it was super tasty. You don't want to miss this place!"

"The Ernst Cafe just opened, and it's already my favorite coffee spot in Troy. The staff are super friendly, and great at making coffee. Their signature drinks are very tasty, and the atmosphere is fantastic. There's a lot of natural light, which makes it a great place to bring things to work on during the day. Plenty of comfy seats available or tables, if you prefer to spread out a bit. I'll definitely be coming back here often!"
