"I love my primary care here! Also very caring, patient, and thorough nurses! They will definitely call you back, promptly, if you leave a message after-hours and are delighted to answer prescription questions or concerns during regular business hours. I am very pleased with their services and they accept Medicaid! The telemedicine appointments are so convenient and I used to hate Drs bc they always seemed to rush me, made me feel unimportant. But not here! They. Are. Amazing. :)"

"I have been a patient with NFP for four years and in the beginning things were great. The front desk staff who works on site are super terrific and I have grown to have a great relationship with most of them. But once they switched to a call center model the level of customer service had diminished dramatically. After being screamed at by the staff for their scheduling mistakes, I have decided that enough is enough. It pains me to leave my providers but the lack of professionalism is not something I will continue to tolerate as a patient. A piece of advice, when dealing with sick folks, and specifically those using your behavioral health services, screaming at and berating them is never an appropriate response even if you may be “right”. I hope they can correct the direction things have gone in with the administrative piece of this organization because I’d hate for others to have to suffer and miss out on the otherwise awesome care provided by the health staff."

"Accidentally made app for wrong location and they decided to see me anyways. So wonderful I had my two kids with me and I had 2 hrs till I had pick up other two from school. So very thankful. Everyone was very nice and very efficient. Really made me feel like they cared. :)"

"Dr. Sasha is very kind and friendly. I used to hate going to the doctors until I met her. The receptionists at this location used to be very unhelpful. I would call to make an appointment and they would never tell me when the next available was, always would tell me to call the next morning to try for a same day appointment, but when I would call first thing like told, they never had anything open and would keep telling me to call the next morning instead of scheduling me for another day with an availability. They must've gotten new staff because now the receptionists are very friendly and helpful and I am able to make appointments without getting the run around from staff. I recommend this location and Dr. Sasha to everyone."

"I don't how many other's there are besides myself who just hates going to the Doctor so much that they won't go unless they feel like there going to die. That's how I've always been until I met Dr. Sasha at this Neighborhood Family Practice. She is one of kind that not only gives you her undivided attention but because of her wonderful personality you know that she truly does care!! I think to many Doctors these days get into the profession for only the money. Dr. Sasha is one of the few I believe got her education so she really could help others."
