"Best therapy i could have ever asked for. Dr. Saladin is an amazing therapist and has helped me come a long way from where i was, vs where i am now. Everythings relaxed and calm and theres no pressure to talk about things you're not ready to talk about yet. Very engaged in her patients as well. Perfect therapist imo"

"I missed an appointment due to a storm that effected over 70,000. I had power lines down and surrounding my house, fires and no heat. We couldn't get a room anywhere big enough for our family due to everything being booked cause of power outages and below freezing temps. When I was told to leave because of the downed lines my concerns were to get the kids and clothes and go. I didn't grab my calendar or anything else. I forgot about this appointment with everything going on. On the day I was supposed to have my kids to see katherine Bement i received a phone call, it was her, i called back immediately to tell her what was going on. No answer, so I left a message. 3 weeks later i receive a bill for 130$ for "no show". This is the same woman that didn't show up for our initial meeting, claimed she wrote it down wrong. I was understanding and rescheduled. No problem. Well, now that roles are reversed and I couldn't make it due to being told to leave my home, she wants to play the game of billing me. Heaven forbid mother nature brings down power lines and leaves cleveland a mess. I won't be going back, she does not have any compassion whatsoever at all. She needs to spend a little more time working with her clients and showing compassion and less time doing her hair, nails and make up. She is not someone I would trust with my kids. She claims that our family counsling is two "no shows". She does it that way so she can bill the insurance the way she wants, not my issue. It was one appointment. Her co workers were also stranded from this severe storm, she doesn't care. Be careful people, she is crooked!!!"
