"Stayed at the Candlewood Suites from November 23 thru February 24 every other 2 weeks and it was great! The staff was always very helpful! Especially Joseph he was always very professional and attentive to the guests needs! There was another girl who worked on the day shift I think her name was Melissa that was also very good! I hope you all survive the moose convention lol. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone's stay!"
"Booked a suite here and was downgraded without any warning prior to my stay, the room was nice, kitchen was very small. The workers did not have the problem information for us due to lack of knowledge. Overcharged for a damage that was done prior to my staying."
"If Manager Kim is working - Leave! she has no people skills, VERY rude! I would leave a half star if I could. Go across the street and stay a RED ROOF INN friendly service and clean rooms. Kim is extremely rude - extremely is an understatement"
"King bed room was nice. Room came with microwave , fridge with ice maker and plates and glasses and flatware. Big bathroom with large shower. Staff brought up more towels immediately when we asked. Moderately priced for what we got. Entrance was in strange location and view was looking out over conference hall roof. Would stay here again."
"This hotel seems great, but I have had countless problems during my stays of around two months. First of all, I have never had any help from housekeeping when I specifically requested things as simple as new sheets from time to time, or a quick clean up of the trash. Recently, I was assigned a room and when I opened the door, the TV was on and the bed was unmade from the last person that stayed there. The new room they assigned me had dirt on the kitchen floor that I unfortunately felt with my bare feet and a lot of visible dirt on the coffee table. The service is fine even though I’ve had issues with their communication but the general cleanliness is just awful."
