"Lots of cosmetic issues in our room. Very quiet interior. Slept better than I thought I would.. good value for the discount I received, (57$) would not be worth any more."

"I stayed last weekend and was not happy with the room at all. The room was very outdated with chips in the bathtub. There were no trash cans any where in the room. Trash cans in the hallways were over flowing. The blanket on the bed was extremely thin. The heat was not working very well. I ended up putting my coat on in order to be warm enough to sleep. When I went to check out in the morning staff was waiting to leave, had bag in hand, and did not bother to ask me how my stay was. I contacted corporate about these issues but have not heard back with any resolution from them or the inn itself."

"I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn during a trip, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon checking in at 3 am, I was not informed by the front desk employee about the early check-out time of 11 am. This lack of communication set the stage for a frustrating morning filled with constant interruptions from housekeeping and other staff members. Confused by the frequent disruptions, I decided to visit the lobby to address the issue. However, the employee present at that time informed me that I would be required to pay for an additional night due to my late check-out. He pointed towards a sign inside the locked lobby, which unfortunately prevented me from reading its contents. This lack of transparency only added to my frustration, as I felt blindsided by this unexpected charge. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff, I was met with a sense of indifference. They informed me that there was nothing they could do and that they would speak to the employee responsible for not informing me about the check-out policy. While I appreciated their intention to address the mistake, it did little to rectify the current situation. Overall, my stay at this Red Roof Inn was marred by poor communication and unhelpful staff. The failure to provide clear information during check-in, coupled with the constant interruptions in the morning, left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I sincerely hope that the management takes this review as an opportunity to address the issues I encountered and ensure that future guests are provided with accurate information to have a smooth and enjoyable stay."

"I have been here a few times. Not too bad. Clean rooms good spacing and the city view great from the balcony. A few customer service issues but nothing that couldn't be resolved. Some amenities didn't work. But the overall experience is good! Thanks"

"Well, this place became home faster than I thought it would. And honestly it's been the best thing. I've watched this place change, a lot, but it's all for the good. Service has not wavered in quality. You can't beat the location. Plus it's good people. I've met some of my closest friends here. Rooms are always great, I never have any issues. Plus my dogs can stay with me, and I get a great rate!"
