"Upscale Tails is definitely a top tier dog grooming salon and one I would HIGHLY recommend. My havanese-poodle mix is usually very anxious, something that makes me worry when I need to take him to be groomed. I let Jamie know about Nemo’s anxiety and she completely understood. She did a great job with him despite his anxiety which can make grooming him tough. She listened to everything I wanted done for Nemo and did a fantastic job. When I went to pick him up he was so happy and wagging his tail. I’ve had Nemo at another salon prior to finding out about Upscale Tails, and he would cry when I went to pick him up, even shook as if he was scared. Not at Upscale Tails however, he was happy as could be. He looked adorable and his nails were taken care of and his fur was cut how I wanted and envisioned it. I definitely will be making Upscale Tails my primary salon and definitely look forward to Nemo being groomed by Jamie regularly.
