"Totally useless - a waste of money. I was foolish to fall for this scam. I signed up for computer coverage then realized it's really of little value. Was put through a nightmare of rigmarole by an agent reading from a script trying hard to not have me cancel. When someone is instructed to argue with customers and drag them through the muck to cancel something they don't want you know it's a scam. Stay away from this company at all costs, or it'll cost you."
