"I've had my medical records messed up here before. I was in an appointment. Perhaps it was accidental, but I told a physician in front of a state licensed case worker that I did workouts at home. I went through my medical records later and it was stated that I refused to do any home exercises instead. An ombudsman was able to fix it but, that should be illegal and if done intentionally, would be a very evil thing to do. Falsifying records could ruin peoples lives. Other than Dr. Leone (he is amazing) I worry that "other" staff could possibly be hurting people in some facets and should be investigated including Dr. Mehta like other reviews have stated. Its understated how "some staff" attitudes seem to lean on the side of having no regard for human life. I've even been hurt more than once being strapped down for decompression, by a couple that seemed to be having a bad day. While other days when not seemingly mad, i didn't get manhandled into the machine.. Good days, bad days, shouldn't matter with the sick, injured or disabled regardless of age. You shouldn't take your aggressions out on patients. Not to mention they never answer their phone like the other reviews stated as well. This is what some would call a decent bad review. I have just amount of good to say about staff too. The ladies behind the counter, Dr. Leone, the lady that gives injections? Amazing, stellar, trustworthy, kind, considerate, respectful, professional. As for most of the other staff i met.. Well i think i said enough about them. If anything this review is to not only to share my experience but in hopes to help Dr. Leone as well. A good physician is only as good as their staff are, and I feel in some way he's stuck with them unless someone says something like this."

"This place is horrible, the nurse is super lazy, and the doctor is mean and rude. Don’t wanna help you, just wants that money.. don’t go here hoping to feel better cause when u leave you won’t cause they won’t help… they also lie about what your appointment is for just to get you into there office for that money.. nope not again.. I’ll let everyone I know about your place and make sure u don’t get to put your hands in there pockets also…"

"The people at Cleveland clinic, pain management in Kent Ohio are some of the most kind people that I've ever met in my entire life. Their customer service was beyond impeccable and they told me the truth...including the "why". If you've had a bad experience with pain management clinic, this place is the alternative to that. I would leave more than 5 stars of I could."

"Dr Metha does care about you if you're under the age of 60. I've already worn through a significant amount of bone and cartilage in my knees to the point where im not comfortable with injections since i know that they thin the bone/cartilage out each time you get them. I asked for painkillers and she flat out told me she wont prescribed them to anyone under the age of 60. In her head you apparently cant feel pain until you're over the age. I then told to take ibuprofen even after I explained to her that I have stomach issues and when I take ibuprofen periodically it makes my stomach bleed, she either didn't care or did not believe me. She also wanted me to get new x-rays and MRI'S because she "does like to communicate with other doctors." That was her response when I told her I already had x-rays and MRI'S on file with another doctor and asked her to contact them, but no she'd rather I unnecessarily spend hundreds on new scans. After that I asked about knee replacements and she said that i need to wait until im older, my arthritis is already so bad the i can barely get around and am in constant pain and you want me to wait another 30 years until it gets fixed? Im sick of being discriminated against because of my age and I don't know how much more I can take."

"This is the most professional office that has the most outstanding staff! An id like to mention a few names that make me smile each an every time I come. Let me start at the front desk, Jessica h and Bonnie L, they are always waiting with a smile an a compliment. Then Stephanie c. She is just the best as well always positive an happy. Wears a smile all the time as well. Maggie f is just as awesome as well. Then the whole reason I come ( all thou I love the girls an they are a big part of why I keep coming back) dr. Leone is such a great doctor! He’s informative an will explain precisely what he is doing an how it will work. The care I receive here is outstanding. This is one appointment that I enjoy coming to once/twice a week. An the results I see from doctor Leone care is above anything I have ever received. Thanks for having a great team at the pain an spine clinic , it’s a team like that that helps change life’s!"
