"Dr Irvin is the worst Dr I have been to. She is constantly cancelling appointments on me and my wife. You will wait at least an hour to be seen by her. She is currently moving offices and sent a letter out that they are moving to a new Kent location. I got a call today and guess what... They cancelled my appointment AND they are moving to a completely different town. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!"

"My appointment was at 10 am. I arrived at 9:50 and filled out my paperwork then waited. At 10:35 while I was still in the waiting room, I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be and she proceeded to tell me it shouldn’t be long. I don’t know why it is taking so long, they have 2 doctors here and the NP isn’t behind. I was called back at 10:45. The M.A. I saw -I believe her name tag said Stephanie, but I cannot be really sure as she didn’t introduce herself, aside from that- she was very lovely and nice. She did her thing in the patient room, taking my stats and asking about why I came in. Then said it should only be a few minutes. She left the room at 9:52. I sat waiting until 11:12, when I finally decided it was time to leave. I appreciate that I am not their only patient and that things comes up and make the staff behind. However, if I were even 15 minutes late, I am certain that the office would have made me reschedule. So. to leave a patient waiting for an hour and 12 minutes without any communication providing explanation or asking if it would be best for me to reschedule, is unacceptable."

"The nurse practitioner, Janet, really took the time to listen to my concerns and help me with my questions about my medications and made sure to adjust and order new prescription s in a very timely manner. She is always very friendly and really listens to the concerns I have for myself and my family."

"Do not waste your time or money seeing the nurse practitioner Janet Kubera ...she will tell you that doctors are going away and nurse practitioners are now who we will all be seeing. In her case, she is a nurse. She will not prescribe anything...she refers you out so she cannot be sued...Or doesn't have the knowledge to prescribe! She was terrible."

"Called on a Friday morning for a same day appt as a new patient, their schedule was booked. I explained to the receptionist, who was super nice, what my symptoms were. She immediately offered to send a note back for the Dr to see if I could possibly be squeezed in. Within an hour they called back and were able to get me in!! I saw Dr Heather Thomas and she was fantastic!! Great staff, clean environment, very efficient and patient accommodating!! Looking forward to visiting the office again in the future!!"
