"I would never go here ever again out of concerns for my own health. I went here back in October with severe chest pain, trouble breathing and catching my breath at times, incredibly high heart rate, and they told me I had "pluerisy," which wasn't true at all and I shouldn't even have at my age. I went back because it wasn't getting better and a nurse was super dismissive of my concerns and told me "I need to go down a different path" and said I should be taking anxiety medicine daily because the one I was already on from my previous PCP, was as needed. She blamed all of those symptoms on anxiety alone. I never went back there and went to a cardiologist and turns out I have pericarditis, which needs to be treated specifically because it's inflammation around the lining of your heart. Now I'm on medication for that and it's finally being treated after months of pain and concerns. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Went here to get my drug screening for clinical. I’ve never had to do one before so I wasn’t sure of all the rules. The nurses only instructions were to fill the cup to the minimal line and come place it on the paper towel on the counter. I even asked her to point out the minimal fill line so I knew what to do. I went in, filled it, flushed the toilet and washed my hands. I came out and she said “I told you not to flush the toilet or wash your hands and you did both; you’ll have to reschedule”. She was visibly annoyed with me and I said, “ you didn’t tell me to do those things, I’m sorry ive never done one of these before” she said “yes I did, you’re just nervous and not listening” ??? It felt very condescending and accusatory and I felt really uncomfortable."

"I went with my roommate because she was nervous to get her blood drawn and was scared she would pass out. She made the appointment over the phone and when she made the appointment she asked if it would be okay if I came back with her. On the phone the person said that it would be okay for someone to go back with her. When we got there and I asked if it was okay for me to go back out or respect, the lady drawing her blood was very patronizing asking if I needed to go back and that “she would be able to handle it herself” even being as rude as saying “if I really need you I know where to find you.” Extremely unpleasant and upsetting experience, especially for a facility that is catered to caring for nervous college students."

"I had such a great experience here! I went to this facility to get a COVID and Strep test and everyone was so nice. The response time over the phone was quick, the wait time in the office was short, and my visit was efficient but also very thorough. Every person I interacted with over the phone and in the office was very kind, understanding, and personable. Nurse practitioner James was friendly and helpful!"

"I received my first COVID vaccine shot here and my experience was unpleasant. I was nervous about my shot and the administering nurse was short and dry. I was not asked if i had any questions or concerns. It also seemed unorganized, I had to get out of line to give back forms that was supposed to be collected by staff. I honestly regret getting the shot. I wish I could erase the entire experience."
