"Horribly rude staff. My wife got surgery here. First we were called and asked if we could come 2 hours earlier, which we did. That was pointless because they started her surgery 2 hours later than scheduled. I waited in the family waiting area which is staffed with the rudest human beings on earth. Don’t know how they have jobs, they are very short with family members, are rude when you ask ANY question. They should all be fired. Then, after the surgery my wife woke up not in a recovery room but in an OR (?). They said there weren’t any beds open in recovery so she had to wake up from a harsh surgery in a loud, bright operating room. She waited hours to get moved. She was crying and miserable and got no help from surgical staff who all the while were calling me and telling me how great she was doing. Lies! She was miserable bc she was being moved around to rooms not suited to care for someone just after major surgery. Finally after being in this for over 12 hours, mind you they said this would only take a few hours total, she was released. Horrid people, they treat you like $&!t unless your royalty or a celebrity… Don’t believe the hype. Overrated as all get out."
"The staff at the surgery check in desk at J-19 are very unprofessional and show no sense of compassion for the family members waiting all day long. Very rude and argued with me that she called me even after I showed her my phone. Such a shame."
