"Very unprofessional! Everything need an appointment even if you only want to come look around and see if they have something that you like! I scheduled an appointment, and I ordered something even though I didn't really like it just because I had to wait a long time! They said they would call me soon, like in 10 days or something, after about 2 months and still no call. I had to call and they said that they are ready, really? Now I have moved away for school and only go back on weekends, so I'm not sure how to get my present! And you replied and said I have to be fair? Yes, I'm fair, and you haven't notified me at all, not a message or a phone call/ email! I have nothing to gain from fabricating information, I can provide my phone record, can you? What I said was the truth because I have no reason to lie, unlike the employee who said he did their job and notified me as YOU STATED to save themselves! Thanks."
"Amazing place to go for all eye care needs!!! The staff is just as amazing as the doctor is! They got my eyes checked out and helped me pick frames in under an hour, frames were ready after 1.5 weeks which was less time then they initially said, frames were a perfect fit and everyone was super excited for me because I can see now!"
"Fast servicing. Was taken with in 5 minutes for eye exam and a few minutes later for the Doctor to make adjustments to my prescription. Staff helped me pick frames and set me up with all the bells and whistles my insurance allowed and was out the door. Total time was about an half an hour. Staff and doctor were all pleasant to deal with."
