"I didn't feel confident with Dr Jen during our first meeting. I told her that I didn't understand part of the explanation of surgery, then her tone became very condensending and I didn't like it. So I prefer being under the care of someone that is a little more patient with patients that ask questions. On the other hand, Bernadette, the receptionist was very helpful and kind."

"All 6 staff that I interacted with were so kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional! From the reception, to input & testing, exam & treatment and check out- the staff couldn't have done anything to improve my visit. Dr. Davis was amazing- she listened to my description of my eye issue. She then clearly explained three options for treatment and executed my choice with category and skill. I highly recommend Dr. Davis and the Cleveland Eye Center Avon and will return here for any future issues with my eyes."
