"I reviewed earlier but I truly believe this needed its own post. This customer service is jaw dropping. Liz is an angel. There was a mistake on my paperwork and the due date was today so it needed to be stamped with todays date before being sent out… she caught the mistake, fixed the mistake, called me and when I didn’t answer she came to my house with the fixed papers and when she found the papers had already been sent out she went out of her way to make calls to get it fixed and then drove out again to my location for my signature and then went downtown to drop them off!!! This story is missing some more highlights but long story short, Liz is incredible and people like her are the real reason I keep my faith in humanity. Thank you so much and you are appreciated from the bottom of my heart!"
