"This was the worst medical experience of my life. I’ve been suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, and depression for over 20 years. My primary physician wanted me to give this place a try to find the best medication for me. So after much procrastination, I finally made an appointment. I had a great initial video appointment and a new plan of medication was set in motion. I was weened off of my original medication and put on something new. (Which anyone who has similar issues knows how mentally and physically frustrating this is). After a pharmacy error, I had been taking double the amount of medication I was to initially take. That was okay though, no severe side effects, my body adapted nicely to the new medication. So this was supposed to be a 2 week supply, but per the directions on my medication bottle it became only a week supply. So now here I am, Access Clinic has denied the request to refill my medication and no one can give me an explanation of why. Better yet, no one can tell me what I’m supposed to do from here. But they put in a message to the doctor and could take 48 hours for a response (how considerate). Not a good situation on Friday. The doctor was great, super nice!!! As far as the rest of the several individuals I have had the misfortune of speaking to, they are extremely rude, unsympathetic to a patients needs, unhelpful and need to seek a new profession because the medical field is obviously not their calling."
