"Trash. From the parking fees to the ghetto front desk female receptionist with an attitude who knows nothing , to the extremely long wait to see the doctor when they aren’t even that busy. Unacceptable. And Dr. Day truly shows a lack of compassion. This used to be a good “express” care but not anymore. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere or virtual if you can."

"Advertises Urgent Care and Same Day Appointments on its web site. Paper sign in the window says these aren’t available. People there have no concern a sick person just made the effort to seek care there. No interest in updating the website. Seems like Cleveland Clinic could do better than false advertising and surliness."

"First visit I had a very attentive and caring P.A. to care for my wound. She called to check on me later plus asked me to return the following business day. She stated she would not be there but that she left a note for them to look at my wound. When I returned as requested, the Dr. on staff refused to see me. I was just there for them to quickly look at my wound and they refused. They told me to go to the emergency room. This is an extremely poor use of everyone’s resources. ERs should be used for life threatening situations not a wound check! At first I was very happy I found this place but now extremely disappointed."

"***03/30/22*** I didn't have an in person appointment today, but it was virtual, but I just wanted to say, this doctor really cares about you and your well being. For you nerds out there, she would be a level 999 paladin if she was in an rpg or mmorpg. ***visit on 2/12/22*** Initial visit, was turned away for being 20 minutes late. I completely understand it, and had no problem waiting until 03/01/22 due to scheduling issues. ***visit on 03/01/2022*** Let me tell you!!! If this doctor wasn't married, I'd propose. And I don't mean that just because she's super cute (I mean, she is, but that's not the point I was trying to make.) She actually treated me like a person...I had medical issues for 30 years, 2 major surgeries, 40-50 outpatient procedures, and thats not to mention the crazy amount of doctors I've seen just a handful of times...she is HANDS DOWN not only one of the best, most down to Earth doctors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, but just as a person in general as well. Easy to talk to. And I'm new to seeing her downtown, but after the past 15 years of waiting to be treated like a patient??? I'll deal with a grumpy nurse having a bad day or a kid running the desk with a hangover in a bad mood (although all previous negative experiences i listed, were hyperbole.) So far though, not a bad word to say....EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANOR!!! When did doctors stop caring?!?!. She is the real deal. If you need a primary care doctor that'll treat you like a human being and not like you're someone there for no other reason than to score drugs, visit this doctor. I have spent the past 15 years (no exaggeration AT ALL) looking for a doctor that didn't immediately look down her nose at me when i walk in the room. As long as she is a practicing doctor, she will be my primary care physician."

"I went in for issues I was having with my ears. The PA that was working was the only staff member there at the time, which I'm sympathetic to, but the care I got was totally insufficient so now I'll have 2 nice urgent care bills coming my way. They irrigated one of my ears, the PA insisted the other one was fine - it wasn't, it was still plugged up and in pain. I asked if there was any chance of infection, she gave a super quick "no" before rushing out of the room and I didn't even have a chance to say that my other ear was still plugged and I felt like I was getting sick. The whole time I felt rushed and didn't even have an opportunity to ask questions about the care or what I was experiencing. So I left with one ear still clogged and both ears and my nose and throat in pain. Strangely enough, my boyfriend went to this same location that morning for ear trouble - his was clogged but he wasn't in any pain. They irrigated which took care of the problem, then the same PA I saw insisted he had an infection and gave antibiotics. He said he wasn't in any pain, she continued to insist it was an infection. He never took the antibiotics and has been totally fine, so clearly there was no infection. I will say the wait time was pretty quick, so if you've got some sniffles or something that can be taken care of quickly, maybe give it a shot here, but if your problem will require any kind of analysis or conversation you very well might be screwed over/misdiagnosed, and then either billed for an unnecessary medication or having to deal with 2 urgent care bills. I am definitely sympathetic to the stress of being understaffed, but you're doing your patients a much bigger disservice by rushing. At the end of the day, this is gonna waste even more of my time than a longer wait time would have."
